This is an announcement regarding light vehicle tax in the 2017 fiscal year.

Tax notices will be mailed out in mid-May, and tax payments are to be made no later than May 31. Furthermore, as of April 1, 2017, a heavy tax, 20% higher than normal, will be levied on cars that received initial inspection 13 years ago or longer.

In addition, cars that meet certain emissions standards in initial inspections taking place between April 1, 2016 and March 31, 2017, will be taxed at a rate 25% to 75% less than normal. This policy is only for 2017 taxation.

Also, Fukuoka city would like to encourage those who use automobiles to commute or to go out, to consider Park-and-Ride options.

“Park-and-Ride” is a system where one parks their car in a lot and then completes their journey via public transportation. This alleviates downtown traffic congestion and increases use of public means of travel.

Fukuoka city and business establishments both in and around the city are working together to support the promotion of Park-and-Ride systems.

For example, Konoha Mall Hashimoto, located in the Nishi ward of Fukuoka, is making its parking available at a price of 6,000 yen per month. Likewise, Aeon Mall Chikushino, located in Chikushino city, is making parking available free of charge for a month for those who buy 5,000 yen product voucher tickets. There are other businesses working to support the Park-and-Ride system as well, each with their own policies on prices and the number of cars their lots can take. 介绍平成29年度的轻自动车税的有关规定。
5月中旬将为您寄去纳税通知书，轻在5月31日期限内交付。
平成29年4月1日现在，从新规检查已经过了13年的车，将按比标准高约２０％的税率征收。
如果是平成28年4月1日-平成29年3月31日之间刚进行了第一次车检，就是新规检查，耗油量符合规定的车，只限于今年平成29年度，征收比标准便宜２５％-７５％的税率。这些都写在了纳税通知书上，请仔细阅读。
开车上班或出门的时候，推荐您利用パークアンドライド。他的意思是在郊外，将私家车停下改为乘坐公交车，这是为了缓解城区交通拥挤号召大家积极利用公交车而采取的行动
福冈市积极响应号召，和市内及近郊商业设施合作共同促进开展パークアンドライド。
比方说，位于福冈市西区的「木の葉モール橋本」一个月停车只需６千日元，筑紫野市永旺イオンモール每月只要买５千日元的商品卷就可以停车。
其他地方也有可以利用パークアンドライド的商业设施。

2017년도 경자동차세를 안내해 드립니다.
5월 중순에 납세통지서를 발송하오니 납기한도일인 5월 31일까지 납부해 주세요. 

2017년 4월 1일 현재 신규검사로부터 13년 경과한 차량은 표준보다 약 20% 세율이 높은 중과세율이 적용됩니다.
그리고 2016년 4월 1일부터 2017년 3월 31일까지 신규검사를 받고

일정 연비기준을 충족시킨 차량은 2017년도분에 한해 표준보다 25%에서 75% 세율이 낮은 경자동차율이 적용됩니다.

통근 및 외출 시 자동차를 이용하실 분은 파크 앤드 라이드를 이용해 보세요.

파크 앤드 라이드는 교외 주차장에 자가용차를 주차하고 대중교통수단을 이용해 목적지로 이동하는, 이른바 도심부 교통혼잡완화와 대중교통 이용촉진을 도모하는 정책입니다.

후쿠오카시는 시내 및 근교 상업시설 등과 연계하여 파크 앤드 라이드 이용을 촉진하고 있습니다.

예를 들면 후쿠오카시 니시구의 [고노하몰 하시모토]는 매달 이용료 6천엔으로 주차장을 이용할 수 있습니다. 그리고 지쿠시노시 이온몰 지쿠시노에서는 매달 5천엔 어치의 상품권을 구매하면 이용할 수 있습니다.
