Here's information from Fukuoka Prefecture regarding the Fukuoka International Exchange Foundation Support Group membership.
The Support Group is a membership system and accepts anyone able to contribute to the establishment goals of the International Exchange Foundation. They are always looking for support for international exchange undertakings and that means they are looking for members even right now! A single membership for an individual costs 2,000 yen per year. Students, including those from overseas, are charged 1,000 yen per year. Corporate (institutional) membership costs 10,000 yen per year.
Members receive the Kokusai Hiroba newsletter, published quarterly, delivered right to their door. It is published in Japanese, English, Korean or Chinese.
Kokusai Hiroba, run by the Fukuoka International Exchange Foundation, is located on the 3rd floor of ACROS Fukuoka. It is a gathering place for people of the prefecture, as well as a place for information exchange for overseas students and foreign residents of Fukuoka. It also serves as a venue for a variety of special programs that gives you a feel for things international. For example, it hosts Kokusai Hiroba Cafe, introducing foreign culture and lifestyle to the people of Fukuoka. It also features Habitat Hiroba, where participants can hear about the activities of the United Nations directly from one of its members. Furthermore, at Kokusai Hiroba regularly scheduled, volunteer-run Japanese language classes for foreigners are arranged. When you become a member, the bi-monthly Kokusai Hiroba Cafe, which usually costs 300 yen to participate in, is available to you free of charge!
Members are also able to use the Internet Corner for gathering information regarding international exchange. There are also cooperating travel stores and ethnic restaurants that provide members with discounts if shown a member's card, and passport photos are free at the Fukuoka Passport Center.

今天为您介绍福冈县国际交流中心的「赞助会」。
「赞助会」就是所谓的支援制度、只要是赞同福冈县国际交流中心设立的目的,谁都可以成为会员.为了获得更多的支持我们随时欢迎您成为「赞助会」会员。
年会费、个人会员、一位 2,000日元。
包括留学生在内的学生、一位 1,000日元。
法人会员（团体会员） 一份 10,000日元。
成为了会员每3个月可以领到一期有日语・英语・汉语・韩语4种版本的「国际广场」杂志为您寄到家中。
アクロス福冈3楼的福冈县国际交流中心运营的「国际广场」作为福冈县民集会及外国人士留学生门交换信息的好去处积极开展各种活动。
有介绍外国生活及文化的「国际广场咖啡」、直接听取联合国工作人员介绍情况的「世界人居蜀广场」等感受世界的活动,有志愿者们为外国人士开办的日语教室。
成为会员后每2个月举办一次的「国际广场咖啡」参加费300日元变成免费。
另外如果是出于国际交流的目的收集信息,会员可以使用电脑上网。

오늘은 후쿠오카현 국제교류센터의 ‘찬조회’를 안내해 드리겠습니다.
‘찬조회’는 지원제도로서, 후쿠오카현 국제교류센터의 설립목적에 찬동하시는 분이라면
누구나 가입하실 수 있습니다.
많은 분들이 국제교류사업을 지원하실 수 있도록 수시로 회원을 모집하고 있습니다.
연회비는 개인회원으로 1구좌 당 2,000엔, 유학생 등 학생회원은
1구좌 당 1,000엔, 법인회원(단체회원)은 연회비 1구좌 당 10,000엔입니다.
회원으로 가입하시면 3개월에 한 번, 일본어, 한국어, 영어, 중국어로 발행하는 정보지
‘국제광장’을 우송해 드립니다.
후쿠오카현 국제교류센터가 운영하는 ‘고쿠사이히로바’는
아크로스 후쿠오카 3층에 위치하며 많은 현민들이 함께 하는 공간이자,
거주외국인이나 유학생이 정보를 교환하고 교류하는 공간으로,
다양한 사업을 실시합니다.
외국의 생활이나 문화를 소개하는 ‘고쿠사이히로바 카페’나
유엔직원의 활동을 직접 들을 수 있는 ‘해비타트히로바’ 등
세계를 느낄 수 있는 행사나, 자원봉사자 여러분이 지도하는
외국인을 위한 일본어교실도 정기적으로 개최합니다.
회원으로 가입하시면 두 달에 한 번 개최하는

今日は、福岡県国際交流センターの「賛助会」についてご案内します。
「賛助会」とは、いわゆるサポーター制度のことで、
福岡県国際交流センターの設立目的に賛同いただける方ならどなたでも加入できます。
多くの方に、国際交流事業を支えていただきたいと、随時、会員を募集しています。
年会費は、個人会員で、一口 2,000円、
留学生などの学生会員は、一口 1,000円、
法人会員（団体会員）は、年会費 一口 10,000円です。
会員になると、3か月に一度、日本語・英語・中国語・韓国語で発行される情報誌
「こくさいひろば」をご自宅に郵送します。
アクロス福岡3階にある福岡県国際交流センターが運営する「こくさいひろば」は、
広く県民のみなさまが集う場として、また在住外国人や留学生の情報交換・交流の場として、
さまざまな事業を行っています。
外国の生活や文化を紹介する「こくさいひろばカフェ」や、国連職員の活動を直接聞くことができる
「ハビタットひろば」など、世界を感じることができるイベントや、
ボランティアによる外国人のための日本語教室も定期的に開催しています。
会員になると、2か月に一度開催される「こくさいひろばカフェ」の参加費300円が無料になる特典があります。
この他にも、賛助会員の方であれば、国際交流のための情報収集を目的とした
インターネットの利用ができる「インターネットコーナー」の使用も可能。
「賛助会」の会員証カードの提示で、協賛店の多国籍レストランや旅行用品店で
割引サービスを受けることができ、また、福岡県パスポートセンター内で証明写真の無料撮影サービスもあります。
