Today's announcement from Fukuoka prefecture comes from the Prefectural Culture and Sports Division of government. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Kyushu National Museum, Japan's 4th national museum, opened on October 16th, 2005.

The museum is marked first by the smooth-line design of its exterior, melting into the peaceful mountain surroundings. It holds an event hall on the first floor, and the Ajippa Square, where you can experience history and culture of Asia with all five senses. Those are places where everyone from children to adults can have fun while learning. It also offers a museum shop and café annexed to the first floor.

Special exhibits are held four times a year at the third floor special exhibition gallery. It showcases both carefully selected, famous domestic and international pieces. And, so that even newcomers can enjoy it, special related events and lectures are held.

Until Sunday, September 6th, as a 10th anniversary commemorative special exhibition, the "British Museum Exhibition: A History of the World in 100 Objects" is being held. The British museum, located in London England, has a collection from different times and places around the world, and is praised around the world as a sanctuary of mankind's cultural heritage. 100 objects have been selected from over 7 million on hand, to tell the story of mankind from 2 million years ago to the present.

Then, from Sunday, October 18th, as a 10th anniversary commemorative special exhibition, the "Japan, Country of Beauty" exhibit is planned. More than 60 pieces, designated as important cultural properties and national treasures, will be gathered from museums and put on display all in one place, allowing museum goers to wonder along a trail displaying the beauty of Japan.

And then, on the fourth floor, as part of the regular exhibitions and the Cultural Exchange Exhibition Gallery, a collection of various pieces introduce Japan's history of growth as one of the nations of Asia. Pieces in the exhibit are changed about 300 times throughout the year, providing a new experience for onlookers every time.

Aside from the exhibitions, as an event celebrating the 10th anniversary of the opening of the museum, other various exhibitions and events are planned, too. One of the recommended events for this summer is the "Festival of Asian Puppet Theatres". Puppet theater performances from three countries of Asia will visit the Kyushu National Museum.

On Saturday, August 8th, and Sunday the 9th, there will be the "Wayang Kulit" silhouette puppet theater performance from Indonesia. And, on Tuesday, August 25th, Wednesday the 26th, and Thursday the 27th, there will be the Vietnamese "Water Puppetry". Then, on Saturday, August 29th and Sunday the 30th, the Thai puppet drama "Hun Lackhon Lek" will take place.

今天介绍来自福冈县民文化体育课的消息。

九州国立博物馆是日本第四大博物馆于2005年10月16日开馆，今年将迎来10周年。

依山傍水中的九州国立博物馆建筑风格很别致，呈曲线状，一楼是举办活动的地方，通过感性体会亚洲的文化・历史设施「あじっぱ」。大人孩子都可以增长见识的地方，还有饮茶喝咖啡的地方，有购物的地方。

3楼特别展室每年举行4次特别展览、选择各种精品展出。九州国立博物馆即使第一次来也会找到亮点，配合展览还时常举办各种讲演会等活动

在9月6日（日）之前举行纪念开馆１０周年特别展「大英博物馆展100件精品述说世界历史。位于英国伦敦的大英博物馆被称为人类文化遗产殿堂汇集了世界各地的精品。从该馆约700万件收藏品中精选出100件展出，通过看展览请您感受200万年前到今天人类的变迁。

九州国立博物馆准备从10月18日（日）开始举行开馆10周年纪念特别展「美丽国度 日本」。集中了日本国宝・重要文化财级的美术作品于一堂的该项展览帮您了解「美丽国度　日本」是如何形成的。

来到九州国立博物馆4楼的「常设展示」・「文化交流展示室」，您可以看到介绍日本和亚洲各国交流历史中留下的珍贵的资料。一年举办约300次各种展览，丰富多彩请一定来参观。除了展览、「开馆10周年纪念」还有其他活动，夏日里推荐您来欣赏「亚洲木偶剧节」，亚洲三个国家的民间木偶将汇集九州国立博物馆

오늘은 후쿠오카현 현민문화스포츠과에서 알려드립니다.

규슈 국립박물관은 2005년 10월 16일에 일본에서 네번째로 개관한 국립박물관으로

올해로 개관 10주년을 맞이합니다. 주변의 산들과 조화를 이룬 완만한 곡선의 외관이 특징이며, 1층에는 다양한 행사가 열리는 홀과

오감으로 아시아의 문화와 역사를 체험할 수 있는 <아짓파>가 있습니다.

남녀노소가 즐겨가며 배울 수 있는 공간으로 카페와 뮤지엄 숍도 병설되어 있습니다.

3층 특별전시실에서는 연4회 특별전을 개최해

영국 런던에 위치한 대영박물관은 인류 문화유산의 전당으로

약 700만점의 수장품 가운데 엄선한 100작품을 통해

200만년 전부터 현대에 이르는 인류의 역사를 읽습니다.

그리고 10월18일(일)부터는 개관10주년 기념특별전

<미의 나라 일본>을 개최할 예정입니다.

국보와 중요문화재인 일본미술의 보물 60점 이상을 한자리에 모아

<미의 나라 일본>이 형성되어 가는 궤적을 살펴봅니다.

또한 4층의 <상설전시>, <문화교류전시실>에서는

일본이 아시아 각국과 교류해 온 역사를 다양한 자료를 통해 소개합니다.

신선함을 느낄 수 있는 전시를 위해 연간 약 300회 전시품을 교환하는 등

여러모로 노력하고 있습니다.

今日は、福岡県県民文化スポーツ課からのお知らせです。

九州国立博物館は、日本で４番目の博物館として、2005年10月16日に開館し、今年で開館10周年を迎えます。

周囲の山並みに溶け込む穏やかな曲線を描いた外観が特徴で、１階には様々なイベントが行われるホールや、

五感でアジアの文化・歴史を体験できる施設「あじっぱ」があります。大人から子どもまで楽しみながら学べる

スペースとなっており、カフェやミュージアムショップも併設されています。

3階の特別展示室では年４回の特別展を開催し、国内外の名品を選りすぐって紹介しています。

初めての方でも十分に楽しめるよう、展覧会と連動して、講演会や関連イベントなどを実施しています。

9月6日（日）までは、開館10周年記念特別展「大英博物館展　100のモノが語る世界の歴史」を開催中です。

英国・ロンドンにある大英博物館は、人類の文化遺産の殿堂として世界中のあらゆる地域と時代を網羅した

コレクションを誇ります。約700万点の収蔵品から選び出した100の作品を通じて、200万年前から現代に至る

人類の歴史を読み解きます。

そして、10月18日（日）からは開館10周年記念特別展「美の国　日本」を開催予定です。

国宝・重要文化財60点以上という日本美術の至宝を一堂に集め、「美の国　日本」が形成されてゆく軌跡をたどります。

また、4階の「常設展示」・「文化交流展示室」では、日本がアジア諸国との交流のなかで育んできた歴史を、

様々な資料を通じて紹介しています。

年間約300回にわたる展示替えを行うことで、常に新鮮な展示になるように努めています。

展覧会のほかにも、「開館10周年記念イベント」として、様々な展示・イベントを多数予定しており、

この夏おすすめのイベントは、「アジア人形劇フェスティバル」です。アジア３カ国から伝統的な人形劇が

九州国立博物館にやってきます。

8月8日（土）、9日（日）は、インドネシアの影絵人形芝居「ワヤン・クリ」公演、8月25日（火）、26日（水）、

27日（木）は、ベトナムの「水上人形劇」公演、8月29日（土）、30日（日）は、タイの人形芝居

「フン・ラコーンレック」公演を開催予定です。
