With company transfers, new job hires and students starting up attendance at new schools, people are moving! And so, March and April are busy periods at local ward offices. This year the period between Thursday, March 22 and Tuesday, April 3, are expected to be very busy. In addition, Mondays in March and April tend to be excessively busy. Please request services on days other than Mondays when possible.

Ward and branch municipal offices will hold extra hours, processing things such as moving-out or moving-in certificates of Residence Record, or "jyuminhyou no tenshutsu" and "tennyuu todoke", in Japanese, as well as other accompanying paperwork. They will offer services from 10 AM until 2 PM on Sunday, March 25 and Sunday, April 1.

On those days, the Citizen Section, Health Insurance and Pension Section, Welfare and Nursing Care Insurance Section, and the Child Rearing Support Section of ward offices in Fukuoka city will hold these special hours. The Irube and Seibu Branch Offices will be opened as well. And, for those not yet claiming their Individual Number card, please take this opportunity to do so, especially if you have received an Individual Number Card notice of issuance. Please make use of these services!

Please also use "Welcamera-net" to check the number of people waiting at each ward office window. The URL is http://welcamera.city.fukuoka.lg.jp. And, as parking lots become very crowded, please use public transportation such as subway and bus when visiting ward and branch offices.

Also, if you just want to obtain a certificate, there are three ID Service Corners in the city for your convenience. They are located at Namiki Square in front of JR and Nishitetsu Chihaya stations, next to the Customer Service Center in the Hakata Subway Station and at the Information Plaza on the 1st floor of Fukuoka City Hall. Service is available from 9 am to 8 pm excluding New Year's holidays and temporary closing days.

3月和4月，由于调工作、就职、升学等搬到本地，需要办各种手续。每年这个时候区役所办手续的人都非常集中。
今年预计会集中在3月22日星期四-4月3日星期二，另外周一尤其人多，所以最好周一以外的时间来。
为了方便市民，临时增加3月25日，4月1日两个星期天办公，时间是上午10点-下午2点，
各区役所及出张所都开着，可以办理住民票迁出・迁入及相关各种手续。
开放的窗口有、各区役所的市民科、保险年金科、福祉・看护保险科、育儿支援科。还有入部出张所・西部出张所。
收到了个人编号卡通知的可以办领取个人编号卡的手续。
