Here’s information from Rainbow Plaza about the Global Citizen Dontaku 2015 international cooperation fair.

The Global Citizen Dontaku 2015 is coming up! There, various groups, active in international cooperation and exchange in Fukuoka, will introduce their activities. It all happens under one roof! Those interested in NGOs and international cooperation and exchange have got to see what’s going on here!

It takes place on Saturday, November 14th and Sunday the 15th from 11 AM until 5 PM at the Cultural Gallery and Seminar Room on the 2nd floor of ACROS Fukuoka. It is free to participate. Come check it out!

Next, there is also news about the 13th Annual Fukuoka Korean Speech Contest. It is a competition where those studying Korean will compete, sharing a speech on a theme of their choice. And, as this year marks the 50th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between South Korea and Japan, a concert is planned in celebration featuring Korean performer Jo A Ram playing the electric violin.

It takes place on Sunday, November 29th from 1:15 PM until 5 PM at the 1st floor hall of Fuku Fuku Plaza in Aratou, in the Chuo ward of Fukuoka. It is free to participate and reservations are not necessary. Come and enjoy the event!
