Universal design is the concept of developing urban and living environments where each and every citizen finds it easy to live in comfort, regardless of citizenship, physical disabilities, gender or age.

Fukuoka city is actively developing itself, seeking to become "UNIVERSAL FUKUOKA CITY" by incorporating universal design concepts. And so, until the end of October, it is holding the "UNIVERSAL FUKUOKA City Festival 2016" event in several different locations.

For example, until the holiday on this upcoming 10th, there is a quiz rally going on at the Fukuoka Anpanman Children's Museum in Mall inside the Hakata Riverain Mall. It's an event where you can explore, find, and experience examples of universal design inside the museum. Participation is limited to 500 people and entrance will not be permitted after that number has been reached. Be sure to come early!

And, on Saturday the 15th and Sunday the 16th, there will also be a quiz rally at Fukuoka Tower. In the rally, you stop by checkpoints located throughout the tower and answer questions regarding universal design. This event, too, is limited to 500 participants and will be closed after that number has been reached. Event reception opens at 9:30 AM. And, also at Fukuoka Tower, elementary school students, especially those in the 4th through 6th grades, can enjoy a design event. They will study the basics of universal design and think about how to design packaging for toys in order to make the allure of the toys more apparent. This event takes place on Saturday the 15th, from 1:00 to 2:30 in the afternoon. Then, on Sunday, October 30th, the commendation ceremony of the UNIVERSAL FUKUOKA CITY CONTEST will be held at the Daimaru ELLE Gale Passage Plaza. It recognizes individuals and groups that have developed outstanding ideas, products and services using universal design. And, in conjunction with the event, Dai Tamesue, 3-time Olympic athlete and active media personality, will be involved with a talkshow that looks at universal design from the perspective of athletes. The event is scheduled to take place from 1:30 to 3:00 PM on October 30th. There is no admission charge, so be sure to come check it out!

关爱城市的理念是不分年龄・性别・国籍・不管是否有残障,所有的人都能自由舒适地生活,在各个方面创造良好条件的都市理念被称作是「关爱城市」。
福冈市力争成为「关爱城市而积极开展温馨城市的建设，「关爱城市・福冈节」活动现在在多处举行，一直持续到本月底。
活动介绍一部分，到10号，节日，之前。在博多リバレイン商业大厦里的福冈アンパンマンこどもミュージアムinモール有智力竞猜，在博物馆里寻找各种关爱城市标识来感受一下活动的意义。共招５００组参加者，人数够了就不能入场了，请早点来。
另外在福冈塔，１５日星期六和１６日星期天也有智力竞猜活动。找找福冈塔里面的关爱城市标识，回答问题的游戏。这里的定员也是500组，上午9点半开始登记，人满了就截止。
再有一项也在福冈塔举行的活动是小学４年级到６年级的自由设计。学习了「关爱城市」的基础知识之后，发挥自己的想象自己设计图案。时间是１５日星期六下午１点-２点半。这项活动需要提前报名，详情请和「読売広告西部」联系，电话092-741-8973
最后３０日星期天，在大丸エルガーラパサージュ广场、将召开体现关爱城市理念的活动，制品，及想法，设计方案等的表彰大会，即关爱城市福冈奖颁奖式。同时还有曾参加过三次奥运，现在经常出现在各个媒体上的运动员為末大先生介绍他从体育方面感受到的该活动的意义。３０日下午１点半-３点。入场免费请一定光临。

후쿠오카시는 ‘유니버셜 도시 후쿠오카’를 목표로
모두가 살기 좋은 도시 만들기를 추진하고 있으며,
이번달 말까지는 ‘유니버셜 도시 후쿠오카 페스티벌2016’을 각지에서 개최합니다.

10일 공휴일까지 하카타 리버레인 몰 내부의 후쿠오카 호빵맨 어린이 뮤지엄 in 몰에서 퀴즈랠리가 개최 중입니다. 뮤지엄 내부의 유니버셜 디자인을 찾아 체험하는 이벤트로 정원은 500팀이며, 정원이 차는 대로 종료하니 서둘러 참가하세요.

후쿠오카 타워에서도 15일 토요일과 16일 일요일에 퀴즈랠리를 개최합니다.
후쿠오카 타워 내 포인트를 둘러보고 유니버셜 디자인 관련 퀴즈를 맞추면 됩니다.
정원은 500팀이며, 접수는 오전 9시 반부터로, 정원이 차는 대로 종료합니다.

그리고 후쿠오카 타워에서는 초등학교 4학년부터 6학년 대상의 디자인 이벤트도 개최합니다. 유니버셜 디자인의 기초를 배우고 어떻게 하면 상품의 매력을 알기 쉽게 전할 수 있을지를 고민하면서 장난감 포장을 디자인합니다.
개최일은 15일 토요일 오후 1시부터 2시 반까지입니다.
