This message is for residents of Fukuoka city. After the April 2014 consumption tax rate increase, Fukuoka city has been trying to reduce the burden for qualifying individuals in low income brackets by offering them a temporary welfare benefit of ¥15,000.

The payment is for those who were registered residents of Fukuoka city as of January 1, 2016, and who received a temporary welfare payment of 3,000 yen in the 2016 fiscal year. It is also for those who were registered residents of Fukuoka city as of January 1, 2016 and were exempted from city taxes for the 2016 fiscal year, as long as they are not receiving welfare, and are not claimed as dependents by a Fukuoka city resident taxpayer.

It is necessary to file an application to receive this payment. Application forms began being mailed out in mid-April to households identified as probable candidates.

Please be sure to fill out all of the necessary information on the application, include materials such as a copy of the account information pages of your bank book, and return the application via mail in the self-addressed return envelope provided with the application, or drop it off at the special service counters set up in your local ward or branch office.

Applications are being accepted until Friday, October 20, and must be postmarked no later than that day.

居住在福冈市的各位，请您注意了
福冈市为了减轻低收入者由于2014年4月开始消费税上涨而带来的生活上的负担，特提供每人1万5千日元的临时补助
支付对象是
201６年1月1号时，在福冈市有住民登录、2016年度临时福祉补贴领取了3千日元的人。
或者、2016年1月1号时，不用交住民税，不是交税人的抚养者，没领取生活保护的人。
临时补贴领取需要申请。
可能领取补贴的人会在4月中旬受到寄去的申请书，请填写好、付上银行通胀复印件，使用寄去的返信用信封寄回，或提交到各区役所・出张所特设窗口
申请期限截止到今年10月20日星期五。以当天邮戳为准。

후쿠오카시 시민 여러분께 알려드립니다. 후쿠오카시가 2014년 4월부터 실시된 소비세율 인상으로 인한 저소득자의 부담을 줄이기 위해 임시복지급부금을 지급합니다. 지급액은 대상자 1인 당 1만 5천엔입니다.

지급대상자는 2016년1월1일 시점으로 후쿠오카시에 주민등록이 되어 있고, 2016년도 임시복지급부금 3,000엔을 수급한 분, 또는 2016년1월1일 시점으로 후쿠오카시에 주민등록이 되어 있는 2016년도 시민세 비과세자로, 과세된 분의 부양친족이나 생활보호 수급자는 대상에서 제외됩니다.

급부금을 수급하시려면 신청하셔야 합니다. 급부 대상 가능성이 있는 세대로 4월 중순부터 신청서를 우송하고 있사오니 필요사항을 기입하고 통장 사본 등을 첨부해 동봉한 회신용봉투에 넣어 우송하시거나 각 구청이나 출장소 특설창구에 제출하시기 바랍니다.

신청접수기간은 올해 10월 20일 금요일까지로, 당일소인유효입니다.
