Children are more active than usual during summer vacation, doing a wider variety of things. Today, we’ll introduce some rules to help children have fun and stay safe.

To help you identify potentially dangerous places, some points to remember are that they are areas which anyone can enter and are often secluded from open sight. Walk around your home with your children and help them learn to judge the difference between safe and dangerous places. And, before children leave to play, it is important to ask where they will play, who they will be with, and what time they will play until. After children return from playing, it is also wise to follow up and ask about things, such as how far they went to play to understand the scope of their activities.

In addition, if going to a destination that requires one to pass through a dangerous area, make a point as much as possible of going with groups of friends or adults. If a child has no other choice than to make a trip somewhere alone, tell them pay attention to what’s around them as they walk and review what to do if they feel they may be in danger.

If a child feels they may be in danger, make sure they thoroughly know that they should call out in a loud voice, run away quickly, and tell an adult. Also, the number of cases involving sexual offenses increases from summer to autumn every year. In particular, incidents tend to occur at a higher rate after 9 pm. It is important to be aware of crime prevention to avoid becoming a victim. Victims are often targeted in bright places such as train stations and convenience stores. Attention is necessary even in places where there are many people. It is very important to show that you are alert by turning around and checking your immediate area.

When walking, choose highly-trafficked roads that are as bright as possible, even if it means taking a longer route. And, when returning late, it is also recommended to have your family pick you up at the station or to take a taxi. The most dangerous thing is to be doing something while walking, such as listening to music with earphones while operating a smartphone. It not only lowers your sense of caution, but also shows others that you are not very alert.

Lastly, please take caution even in auto lock apartments. It is possible for suspicious people to enter along with residents. When riding the elevator, stand in a place where you can push the emergency button immediately, and from which you can see around you in the elevator. 여름방학에는 평소보다 어린이의 행동범위가 넓습니다.
범죄에 노출되지 않고 즐겁게 지낼 수 있도록 어린이 방범대책을 생각합시다.

범죄 피해를 입지 않기 위해서는 수상한 자가 나타나기 쉬운 위험한 장소를 피하는 것이 중요합니다. 위험한 장소를 구분하는 포인트로는 누구나 들어가기 쉽고 누구에게든 잘 안보인다는 두가지가 있습니다. 어린이가 위험한 장소를 판단할 수 있도록 평소에 집 주변을 함께 걸으며 안전한 장소와 주의해야 할 장소를 파악합시다.

아이들이 외출하기 전에 어디서 몇시까지 누구와 지낼 예정인지를 묻고 귀가 후에도 어디로 놀러 갔는지 아이들의 행동범위를 확인하는 일도 중요합니다. 위험한 장소를 지나야 목적지에 도달하는 경우에는 친구나 어른들을 동행하는 등 되도록 여러명이 행동하도록 합시다. 피치 못할 사정으로 어린이 혼자 이동할 경우에는 주변을 경계하면서 걷도록 하고, 위험을 느낀 경우의 대처방법을 지도합시다.

만약 위험을 느꼈을 때는 큰소리로 외치고 곧바로 도망쳐서 어른에게 알릴 수 있도록 철저하게 지도해 주세요. 큰소리로 외치는 것은 물론 방범벨도 사용할 수 있도록 지도해 주세요. 건전지가 사용 가능한 지 한달에 한 번은 실제로 방범벨을 작동해 보세요.

그리고 매년 여름에서 가을에 걸쳐 성범죄가 증가합니다.
특히 오후 9시 이후 발생률이 상승합니다.
한 사람 한 사람이 범죄피해를 입지 않도록 방범의식을 갖는 것이 중요합니다.

범인은 역이나 편의점 등 밝은 장소에서 범죄대상을 정합니다.
사람이 많은 곳에서도 주의해야 합니다. 뒤돌아보거나 주변을 둘러보면서 경계하고 있다는 사실을 강조하는 행동도 매우 중요합니다.

길을 걸을 때는 좀 멀리 돌아가더라도 되도록 밝고 사람들이 많이 다니는 길을 선택하며, 귀가시간이 늦어질 때는 가족들이 역까지 마중을 오게 하거나 택시를 이용하시길 권합니다.
가장 위험한 것은 스마트폰을 보거나 이어폰으로 음악을 들으면서 걷는 행동입니다.
주의력이 저하되고 경계심이 낮다는 사실을 주변 사람들이 알게 됩니다.

입구가 자동잠금장치인 아파트에서도 수상한 사람은 주민들과 함께 침입할 수 있습니다. 엘리베이터를 탈 때는 언제든지 비상버튼을 누를 수 있는 위치에 서서 엘리베이터 내부 전체를 볼 수 있도록 합시다.

집안으로 들어갈 때는 현관 문을 열기 전에 주변에 누가 없는지 확인합시다.
집안에 들어가면 우선 현관 문을 잠그는 습관을 갖도록 합시다.
여자 혼자 산다는 걸 눈치채지 못하도록 소리를 내서 인사를 하면서 들어가는 것도 효과적입니다.

나만은 안전하다는 의식을 버리고 항상 방범의식을 갖도록 합시다.

暑假期间，孩子们的活动范围比平时要广，提醒大家注意安全，防范犯罪
为了尽量避免危险，不要去危险的地方，不要去「谁都可以进入」「不易被发现」的地方。为了帮助孩子们了解一些危险场所，平时带着在家附近转转，告诉他什么地方安全，什么地方危险，小孩出门前，问清「去哪儿」「和谁」「几点回来」等，回家后问问「去哪儿玩了」等了解孩子的活动范围。
如果实在避不开的危险的地方，大人带着，或让他尽量和同学一起，实在必须单独行动的话，嘱咐他千万注意周围情况，提醒他遇到情况的一些措施。
遇到危险，大声喊，赶快跑。尽快通知大人等。积极使用防范警报器。防范警报器 注意检查电池有没有，每个月实际使用一次，看是否好用。
再有，每年到了夏天性犯罪都会增加。特别是晚上9点以后较多，每个人树立防范意识，避免麻烦。
犯人往往会在车站便利店等人多明亮的地方选目标，所以说人多的地方也需提高警惕。注意回头看，注意周围，让对方知道你很有警惕性。
走路时，绕点远路也要选人多地方走。时间晚了，最好请家人来车站接一下，或打的回去较安全。
更危险的是，低头族。边走边玩手机，带着耳机什么都听不到的人。这本身就告诉对方你没有警惕性。
进楼道即使是有防范措施的公寓，坏人也可能跟在居民后面混进去。上电梯时站在按键旁边，可随时控制电梯的位置，进去之前注意一下里面的情况。
到了家门口，看看周围有没有可疑的情况再开门。进去后将门反锁，特别是女孩子一个人住，格外需要注意，进门时说声「回来了」也有效果。
不要相信绝对安全，提高警惕，注意防范。
