The Foreign Student Taught Language Classes is now accepting students for its 2019 program. From Korean and Chinese including Cantonese as well as Nepalese, Malay, Mongolian, Burmese and others, these classes focus on teaching the languages of the Asia-Pacific region. In addition, new language courses from G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting participating countries including German and Italian will be started.

Courses where you can not only learn about a foreign language but also about each country’s culture and society taught by international exchange students and are available for all ages and occupations.

Classes are offered at the Fukuoka City International Center. It's just a 5-minute walk from the Fukuoka City Nakasu-Kawabata subway station. Classes start in May this year and run through February of next year! That's a full 10 month, 40 class opportunity! And it's only 32,400 yen, tax included, for a full year of courses!

Next up is an announcement about free legal consultation and personal counseling for foreigners. It is available at the Fukuoka City International Center by the Fukuoka City International Foundation.

Legal consultations are available from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM on the first Saturday of every month, and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the third Wednesday of the month. Each session runs for 45 minutes. The services are available by appointment only, and a lawyer from the Fukuoka Bar Association will offer the consultation. Free interpretation services are also available so if you’ll need an interpreter, mention that when you make your reservation.

Personal counseling services are available every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with a Japanese clinical psychologist in English or Japanese. If you wish to use this service, please make a reservation.

「向留学生学外语教室」正在募集平成３１年度的听讲生。
「向留学生学外语教室」是教授除了韩语、汉语普通话以外，还有汉语广东话、尼泊尔语、马来语、蒙语、缅甸语等以亚太地区语言为主的教室。同时今年首次开设德语和意大利语。这两个国家是今年将在福冈召开的20国集团峰会 财务大臣・中央银行总裁会议成员国。教室里，年龄不同,职业不同的听讲生们和留学生老师交流，不仅可以学习语言，还可以了解到日本以外的国家的文化和社会。
地点在福冈市营地铁中洲川端站徒步只有５分的福冈市国际会馆。开讲时间是平成31年5月-明年２月的10个月共40讲。学费包括税 一年32，400日元。
