新型コロナウイルス感染症が疑われるものと同居あるいは長時間の接触（車内，航空機内等を含む）があったものなど

〇 发烧（37.5度以上）且伴有咳嗽等呼吸道症状，并且在出现症状前14天以内曾与“有中国（湖北省等）旅居史的人”有过密切接触史。

※密切接触史是指
与疑似感染新型冠状病毒肺炎的患者同居过或长时间接触过的经历（包括车内、飞机内等）等。

〇 you have a fever over 37.5℃ with respiratory problems such as coughing, and two weeks prior to developing symptoms, you have been to China such as to Hubei Province.

〇 you have a fever over 37.5℃ with respiratory problems such as coughing, and two weeks prior to developing symptoms, you have been exposed* to a person who has been to China such as to Hubei Province.

*Exposure refers to prolonged close contact to someone suspected of being infected with the novel coronavirus, for example in a household, in a car or in an airplane.
