The Fukuoka City International Foundation has merged the office previously located on the 5th floor of the Fukuoka City Hall North Annex, and Rainbow Plaza, previously located on the 8th floor of IMS Building. They are now located at the Fukuoka City International Center in Tenyamachi in Hakata ward.

It will continue to provide professional consultation services, as well as assistance and information with everyday life matters for foreigners. It will also offer local citizens a center for information and advice on international exchange and language classes among other things.

And next is an announcement calling for people to be a part of the audience at the 14th Japanese Speech Contest. It will be held on October 16th in Fukufuku Hall, located on the first floor of the Fukuoka City Citizen Welfare Plaza, in Arato in Chuo ward. Doors open at 9:30 AM and the contest begins at 10 AM. It is expected to conclude around 3:30 PM.

It is a two-tiered contest, with the morning part of the event being a competition between foreigners studying Japanese at Japanese language schools in the Fukuoka metropolitan area. The second part is a contest for foreigners studying the Japanese language under the guidance of volunteer teachers in the Fukuoka metropolitan area. Participants in the afternoon portion of the contest will be judged by judges and audience voting. There will also be song and dance performances put on by foreign students. Advanced reservations are not required, and there is no entrance fee! Bring your friends and come find out what everybody is talking about!

第１4届　外国人日本語演讲比赛听众募集的消息。
10月16号将在中央区荒戸福冈市市民福祉广场1楼ふくふく礼堂举行第１4届　外国人日本語演讲比赛、开场时间９点半、演讲正式开始在１０点、预计在下午3点半结束。
演讲分成２部分，第１部分上午举行，由福岡市内日本語学校学生出场，第２部分在下午，是福岡市内志愿者老师教授的日語班上的同学代表出场。评选结果下午的第２部，是由评委和观众投票决定的。除了演讲，还有留学生歌舞表演。来听演讲不收费，也不用事先报名，请大家叫上同学，朋友一起光临会场

이어서 제14회 외국인 일본어 스피치 콘테스트 방청객 모집에 대한 안내입니다.

10월16일에 ‘제14회 외국인 일본어 스피치 콘테스트’를
주오구 아라토의 후쿠오카시 시민 복지 플라자 1층 후쿠후쿠 홀에서 개최합니다.
개장시간은 오전 9시 30분, 개연시간은 10시, 그리고 예정된 종료시간은
오후3시30분입니다.

이 콘테스트는 2부로 편성되어 있습니다.
오전부는 후쿠오카 도시권의 일본어학교에서 학업 중인 학생의 스피치,
오후부는 자원봉사자가 지도하는 후쿠오카 도시권 일본어교실에서
학업 중인 외국인 학생의 스피치입니다.

오후부는 심사원 심사와 방청객의 투표로 심사합니다.
그리고 외국인 학생들의 노래와 춤 등의 무대공연도 예정되어 있습니다.

입장은 무료이고 사전에 예약하실 필요도 없사오니 친구들과 함께 방문해 주세요.
