The Fukuoka City International Center would like to let you know about free consultation regarding legal and personal matters for foreigners in Fukuoka. The services are made available by the Fukuoka City International Foundation at the Fukuoka City International Center.

Legal consultations are available from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM on the first Saturday of every month, and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the third Wednesday of every month. Each session runs for 45 minutes. If you’ll need an interpreter, mention that when you make your reservation and the Fukuoka City International Center will try to make arrangements free of charge. The service is available by appointment only, and a lawyer from the Fukuoka Bar Association will offer the consultation.

Free personal counseling with a Japanese clinical psychologist is also available at the Fukuoka City International Center. Services are offered in English or Japanese, every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Reservations are required.

If you choose to use either of these services, please know that confidentiality is guaranteed.

The Home Visit Program is an opportunity for international students enrolled in colleges, junior colleges, language schools, or other such organizations in the Fukuoka metropolitan area to visit Japanese families in their homes.

Have you ever thought, “I want to get to know more about Japan!” or, “I just don’t have time to do a homestay!”? This program gives you the chance to engage in exchange with a Japanese family in their home. Why not give it a try? Participants visit Japanese host families interested in developing lasting relationships, at their home, and enjoy time together freely, such as conversation over meals. It provides the opportunity to meet regularly and deepen mutual friendship and understanding.

The period of exchange between host families and foreign students is for three months, from January until March. There are openings for twenty participants. Those interested are required to have an interview by Friday, November 10. Interested students should contact the Fukuoka City International Center by phone at 092-262-1744. 位于福冈市国际会馆里的福冈市国际交流财团为在福冈的外国人定期举办免费的[法律咨询] [心理咨询]。 [法律咨询]是每月第一周六，上午10点半到下午1点半，第三周三下午1点到4点，咨询时间是45分钟。需要事先报名，由福冈县律师会的律师为您服务。需要翻译可以免费提供，请报名时告知。

再有[心理咨询]安排在每周1，2，4，由日本临床心理士使用英语，日语解答您的问题。有需要的请事先预约。

후쿠오카 거주 외국인을 대상으로 무료 ‘법률상담’과 ‘심리 카운셀링’을 실시합니다.

‘법률상담’은 매달 첫번째 토요일 오전 10 시 반부터 오후 1시 반까지와
매달 세번째 수요일 오후 1시부터 4시까지로 상담시간은 45분간입니다,
예약제로 상담은 후쿠오카현 변호사회의 변호사가 맡습니다. 통역이 필요하신 경우에는 무료 통역을 준비하오니 예약하실 때 말씀해 주시기 바랍니다.
