国は、新型コロナウィルスの感染が急速に拡大しているとして、「緊急事態宣言」について、5月12日から福岡県も対象地域に加えました。
緊急事態宣言期間中（6月20日まで）は、以下についてお願いします。
 

１．外出の自粛について
・生活や健康の維持に必要な場合※を除き、日中も含めた不要不急の外出・移動を避けてください。特に、20時以降の不要不急の外出自粛を徹底してください。
※生活や健康の維持に必要な場合の例
医療機関への通院や食料・医療品・生活必需品の買い出し、必要な職場への出勤、健康維持に必要な運動や散歩など
・必要があり外出する場合も、混雑している場所や時間を避けて行動すること。
・不要不急の都道府県間の移動は極力控え、県内でも感染が拡大している地域との不要不急の往来は自粛してください。
・特に発熱等の症状がある場合は、外出や移動を控えてください。

※6月1日から6月20日は注意してください！
・福岡市内の公共施設は、原則として閉館します。また、市の主催イベントは中止または延期します。詳しくは各施設へお問い合わせください。
・福岡市地下鉄全線（空港・箱崎線、七隈線）の全ての曜日の終電時刻を約１時間繰り上げます。詳しくはお客さまサービスセンターにお問い合わせください。

２．感染防止対策について
・基本的な感染対策（うがい、手洗い、３密の回避、マスク着用、換気）の徹底をお願いします。
・20代から30代の若年層においても感染が拡大しており、重症化することもあります。高齢者に感染を広げないためにも、慎重に行動してください。
・公共交通機関の利用においては、常にマスクを着用し、大声での会話を控えてください。
・路上・公園などでの集団での飲食など、感染リスクが高い行動は控えてください。
・普段一緒にいない人との飲食は屋外でも控えてください。（バーベキューなど）
・飲食店は、少人数・短時間の利用とし、会話するときはマスクを着用し、大声を避けてください。
（個人宅での会食を伴う集まりも含みます。）
・飲食店は、換気や座席間の距離の確保、飛沫の飛散防止などの感染防止対策が徹底されていて、混雑していない店を選んでください。

３．飲食店等の休業及び時短要請について
福岡市内で酒類またはカラオケ設備を提供する飲食店（居酒屋を含む飲食店、喫茶店など食品衛生法上の飲食店営業許可を受けている飲食店）を経営している方は、休業してください。
酒類またはカラオケ設備を提供しない飲食店を経営している方は、営業時間を午前５時から午後8時までとしてください。
（宅配、テイクアウトサービスは除く、露天営業（屋台）は含む）
※休業要請または時短要請に協力した事業者には、中小企業は1日４万円から１０万円、大企業は1日最大20万円の協力金が支給されます。詳細は、順次更新される福岡県のホームページを確認してください。

※飲食店の営業については、下記について注意してください。
・店内は、必要に応じて十分換気を行ってください。
・手指の消毒設備を設置し、事業所の消毒を行ってください。
・食事中の声が大きくならないように、店内のBGMの音量を最小限にしてくださ

・人と人との距離の確保が困難な場合には、飛沫の飛散防止に有効なアクリル板等

４．イベントについて
人数上限5,000人かつ収容率50％としてください。
開催時間は21時までとしてください。
酒類は提供しないでください。

The Government of Japan declared a state of emergency will be in effect as of May 12 in Fukuoka Prefecture in response to the alarming spread of COVID-19 throughout our region.

During the state of emergency, you are urged to comply with the points below until Jun 20:

1. Remain Indoors
・Do not leave the house or travel unless for essential activities* even during the day.
Do not leave the house especially after 8 p.m.
  *Essential activities include:
-going to a medical facility
-shopping for food supplies, medicine or daily necessities
-going to work when necessary
-exercising to maintain a healthy lifestyle
・If you do leave the house for essential activities, avoid crowded places and peak times.
・Do not travel between prefectures and even within Fukuoka Prefecture where there are high numbers of COVID-19 cases unless absolutely essential.
・Do not leave the house or travel if you display any symptoms such as a fever.

⚠ Be careful of the following changes between May 12 and Jun 20!
・Municipal facilities in Fukuoka City will be closed. Events run by the city will be cancelled or postponed. Contact the facility directly for more information.
・The last train service on all Fukuoka City subway lines (Airport Line, Hakozaki Line and Nanakuma Line) will end one hour earlier. Call the customer service center for more information.

2. Preventative Measures
・Be thorough with basic measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, such as washing your hands, gargling, wearing a mask, properly ventilating the room and avoiding the 3C’s:
-Crowded places
-Close contact
-Confined spaces
・COVID-19 is spreading amongst young people in their 20s and 30s, and the number of young people developing severe symptoms is increasing. Be careful of your own actions to prevent the spread of the virus to the elderly.
・Wear a mask at all times when using public transport and refrain from talking loudly.
・Do not eat or drink in groups on the street, in parks or in other public places, and refrain from other behavior that will increase the risk of spreading the virus.
・Do not eat with anyone outside of your close social circle, even when you are outside, such as at barbecues.
・When eating and drinking out, do so in small numbers and finish quickly, wear a mask and do not raise your voice when talking. This includes gatherings in private homes.
・If you must eat out, choose an establishment that is not crowded and is taking thorough measures to prevent infection by ventilating the establishment, ensuring social distancing between seating, and providing physical barriers to prevent droplet transmission.

3. Restricting Business Hours for Food and Other Service Providers

Remain closed if you are a food service operator or karaoke establishment that provides alcohol in Fukuoka City, including izakaya, restaurants, cafés and other establishments legally permitted to serve food products under the Food Sanitation Act.
If you do not provide alcohol or karaoke facilities, restrict your business hours to between 5 a.m. and 8 p.m. This includes food stalls such as yatai, but excludes delivery and takeout services.
⚠Small to medium sized-businesses complying with business hour restrictions can receive between \40,000 to \100,000 per day, and large businesses can receive up to \200,000 per day in financial support. Check the official Fukuoka Prefecture website often for the latest details.

⚠Food service operators must take care with the following measures:
・ventilate the venue thoroughly as required.
・set up hand sanitization equipment and disinfect the business premises.
・keep the volume of background music to a minimum to prevent customers from talking loudly while eating and drinking. Remind customers to leave within two hours.
・provide shatterproof acrylic screens or other appropriate physical barriers to prevent droplet transmission when appropriate social distancing cannot be maintained. Display the official Infection Prevention Declaration sticker to show customers that you are taking the necessary measures.
・install a sign at the entrance of your business refusing entry to anyone who is unwell, not wearing a mask, or removes their mask when not eating.

4. Events
Events must be held at 50% capacity or less and must not exceed 5,000 people.
Events must end by 9 p.m.
Do not provide alcohol.
