Here is an announcement for all foreigners living in Fukuoka. Do you know about Rainbow Plaza, located in the Tenjin IMS building on the 8th floor? At Rainbow Plaza, staff, able to speak not only Japanese, but also English, Chinese and Korean, are present to offer all kinds of useful and important information to help with your daily life in Fukuoka.

Also, attorneys, clinical psychologists, administrative lawyers, called gyou-sei-sho-shi, doctors, and other specialists are available to provide advice to foreigners in Fukuoka, and consultation services are held regularly free of charge. Furthermore, if you register as a member, you can also make use of the message board to exchange information, as well as use the Internet and literature corners. You can also use Fukuoka City’s wireless Internet LAN service, Fukuoka City Wi-Fi.

Rainbow Plaza is open from 10 AM to 8 PM. Foreigners living in Fukuoka should know they’re welcome to stop in anytime!
