From October 3rd, the Fukuoka City International Foundation will be merging the office currently located on the 5th floor of the Fukuoka City Hall North Annex, and Rainbow Plaza, currently found on the 8th floor of IMS Building. After the merge, they will be located at the Fukuoka International Exchange Hall in Tenyamachi in Hakata ward, however the facility will be renamed the Fukuoka City International Center.

It will continue to provide professional consultation services, as well as assistance and information with everyday life matters for foreigners. It will also offer local citizens a center for information and advice on international exchange and language classes, among other things.

Due to this upcoming move, the current Rainbow Plaza that is located in the IMS building on the 8th floor, will end its services as of September 24th, and be officially closed down from September 25th. Those using the facility are asked for their understanding and cooperation.

And, Rainbow Plaza would also like to let you know that every first and third Thursday of the month, there is a Japanese Chat Salon being held in the Fukuoka City International Foundation large conference room on the 5th floor of Fukuoka City Hall’s North Annex. It’s a place where foreign students studying in Fukuoka, including students of Japanese language schools, and local Japanese volunteers can get together in a relaxed atmosphere and talk. The next session will take place on the 15th.

Sessions start at 1:30 PM and run through 5 PM. Participants are free to come and go as they please during the session, and participation is free! Reservations are not necessary, however if you plan to attend in a group of 5 or more people please contact the Fukuoka Foreign Student Support Association prior to your arrival. Anyone who wants to use Japanese they have studied previously, or just talk with a native Japanese person, this is your chance!

福冈市国际交流财团将目前的福冈市役所北别馆5楼事务所和イムズ大楼8楼彩虹广场合并于10月3日，搬到博多区店屋町的福冈国际交流会馆。
同时今后现在的「福冈国际交流会馆」将改名为「福冈市国际会馆，英文名称为 Fukuoka City International Center」。
目前这里接受外国人士各种咨询，提供生活信息，为市民们的国际交流学习外语搭桥，这些今后也将继续开展下去

想练习一下在学校学到的日语，想和日本人练习会话的，请一定参加日本语聊天沙龙。。时间是每月第一第三周四举行，下一次时间是15号，地点在福冈市役所北别馆５楼福冈市国际交流财团大会议室，沙龙时间下午１点半-５点，在此时间内您可以随时来，也可以随时走！参加免费一般不需要事先报名、但是５名以上的小组参加时要提前告知。

후쿠오카 요카토피아 국제교류재단이 후쿠오카시청 북별관 5층의 사무소와 이무즈빌딩 8층의 레인보우플라자를 통합해 10월3일부터 하카타구 덴야마치의 후쿠오카 국제교류회관으로 이전합니다. 그리고 이전과 함께 시설명칭도 <후쿠오카 국제교류회관>에서 <후쿠오카시 국제회관>으로 변경됩니다.

외국인을 위한 각종 전문상담과 생활관련 상담 및 정보제공, 시민 여러분들을 위한 국제교류와 어학학습 관련 상담 및 정보제공 등은 이전 후에도 실시합니다.

매달 첫째, 셋째 목요일에 개최하며, 다음 개최일은 9월15일입니다.
장소는 후쿠오카시청 북별관 ５층에 위치한 후쿠오카 요카토피아 국제교류재단 대회의실. 개최시간은 오후 １시 반부터 ５시까지로, 개최시간 중에는 자유롭게 이용하실 수 있습니다. 참가비는 무료입니다.
