This is an announcement about free consultation regarding legal and personal matters for foreigners in Fukuoka. The services are made available by the Fukuoka City International Foundation at the Fukuoka City International Center.

Legal consultations are available from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM on the first Saturday of every month, and also on the third Wednesday of every month, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Each session runs for 45 minutes. If you’ll need an interpreter, mention that when you make your reservation and the Fukuoka City International Center will make arrangements free of charge. The service is available by appointment only, and a lawyer from the Fukuoka Bar Association will offer the consultation.

Free personal counseling with a Japanese clinical psychologist is also available at the Fukuoka City International Center. Services are offered in English or Japanese, every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. If interested please make reservations to use the service.

If you choose to use these services, please know that confidentiality is guaranteed. So please, feel at ease to share your concerns.

And there is also information about a Japanese Chatting Salon. Every first and third Thursday of the month, there is a Japanese Chatting Salon being held in the large conference room of the Fukuoka City International Foundation on the 4th floor of the Fukuoka City International Center. It’s a place where foreign students studying in Fukuoka and local Japanese volunteers can get together in a relaxed atmosphere and talk.

Sessions start at 2:00 PM and run through 5:00 PM. Participants are free to come and go as they please during the session, and participation is free! Reservations are not necessary, however if you plan to attend in a group of 5 or more people please contact the Fukuoka Foreign Student Support Association prior to your arrival. Anyone who wants to use Japanese they have studied previously, or just talk with a native Japanese person, this is your chance!

位于福冈市国际会馆里的福冈市国际交流财团为在福冈的外国人定期举办免费的[法律咨询] 和[心理咨询]。 [法律咨询]是每月第一周六，上午10点半到下午1点半，第三周三下午1点到4点，咨询时间是45分钟。需要事先报名，由福冈县律师会的律师为您服务。需要翻译可以免费提供，请报名时告知。
再有[心理咨询]安排在每周1，2，4，由日本临床心理士使用英语，日语解答您的问题。有需要的请事先预约。以上两项咨询的内容都保证为您保密请放心利用

후쿠오카시 국제회관에 위치한 요카토피아 국제교류재단은
후쿠오카 거주 외국인을 대상으로 무료 ‘법률상담’과 ‘심리 카운셀링’을 실시합니다.

‘법률상담’은 매달 첫번째 토요일 오전 10 시 반부터 오후 1시 반까지와
매달 세번째 수요일 오후 1시부터 4시까지로 상담시간은 45분간입니다,
예약제로 상담은 후쿠오카현 변호사회의 변호사가 맡습니다. 통역이 필요하신 경우에는 무료 통역을 준비하오니 예약하실 때 말씀해 주시기 바랍니다.

그리고 ‘심리 카운셀링’은 매주 월요일, 화요일, 목요일에 일본인 임상심리사가 영어 또는 일본어로 카운셀링을 합니다. 희망하시는 분은 사전에 예약해 주시기 바랍니다.
