This message is for residents of Fukuoka city. After the April 2014 consumption tax rate increase, Fukuoka city has been trying to reduce the burden for qualifying individuals in low income brackets by offering them a temporary welfare benefit of ¥15,000. Fukuoka city is accepting applications for the benefit until Friday, October 20.

The payment is for those who were registered residents of Fukuoka city as of January 1, 2016 and who were exempted from city taxes for the 2016 fiscal year. Also applicants may not be receiving public assistance, and cannot be dependents of persons who were assessed for tax for the 2016 fiscal year.

It is necessary to file an application to receive this payment. Application forms began being mailed out in mid-April to households identified as probable candidates.

Please be sure to fill out all of the necessary information on the application, include materials such as a copy of the account information pages of your bank book, and return the application via mail in the self-addressed return envelope provided with the application, or drop it off at the special service counters set up on the 8th floor of the Tenjin Twin Building, at 1-6-8 Tenjin, in Fukuoka’s Chuo ward. It will be available until, Friday, October 20.

Applications are being accepted until Friday, October 20, and must be postmarked no later than that day.

후쿠오카시 시민 여러분께 알려드립니다.
후쿠오카시가 10월 20일 금요일까지 임시복지급부금 신청을 접수받고 있습니다.
이 급부금은 2014년 4월부터 실시된 소비세율 인상으로 인한 저소득자의 부담을 줄이기 위한 것으로, 지급액은 대상자 1인 당 1만 5천엔입니다.

지급대상자는 2016년1월1일 시점으로 후쿠오카시에 주민등록이 되어 있는 2016년도 시민세 비과세자로, 과세된 분의 부양친족이나 생활보호 수급자는 대상에서 제외됩니다.

급부금을 수급하시려면 신청하셔야 합니다.
급부대상 가능성이 있는 세대 앞으로 올해 4월 중순부터 신청서를 우송하고 있사오니
필요사항을 기입하고 통장 사본 등을 첨부해 동봉한 회신용봉투에 넣어 우송하시거나
특설창구에 제출하시기 바랍니다.

10월 20일 금요일까지 개설합니다.

신청접수기간은 올해 10월 20일 금요일까지로, 당일소인유효입니다.

今天是面向福冈市居民的通知。
福冈市现在正在办理临时福利补助申请。截至10月20号星期五。
该项补助是考虑到从2014年4月开始上涨了消费税而带来生活上的困难，特为低收入人士提供的临时福利补助。金额是每位1万5千日元
支付条件是，2016年1月1日的时候在福冈市有住民登录，2016年度不用交市民税的，并且不是纳税人的抚养家属及领着生活补助的人。
该项补助需要事先申请，估计有可能性的人，今年4月中旬开始申请书已经寄到了您家里。请填写好，附上银行通胀拷贝、使用寄去的返信用信封寄回。或者直接送到特设窗口，地点在「福冈市中央区天神1-6-8天神ツインビル8楼」、受理截至10月20号星期五。
